My goal here is to share practical information about dramatic new approaches to physical and emotional health, known as Energy Psychotherapies. Two of my favourites are Emotional Freedom Technique (aka EFT/Tapping) and Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT). Based on the wisdom of ancient civilizations and the latest science in the fields of cellular biology, Quantum Physics and the Human Aura or Biofield, these therapies are transforming therapeutic practices and self-care for body, mind and spirit.

Combining these therapeutic approaches with my 35 years of experience in health and mental health, I find they bring the most effective results in the least amount of time. Because I like to empower my clients I teach them how to use EFT/Tapping from our first session. This gives them the skill of self-care and emotional freedom from the start, and also saves them money.
